Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Workflow Converter (the "Service"), a tool for converting workflow automation files between n8n, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Make, provided by us ("we", "us").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Service

Basic conversion is free, requires no account, and runs entirely in your browser — we never receive the file you're converting. An optional paid tier ("Pro conversion") uses an AI model, provided by a third party, to suggest mappings for steps our rule-based converter can't recognize; using it requires an account and purchased credits. Every conversion — basic or Pro — produces a manual-review report flagging anything you should check before relying on the output; see the Security page for exactly what data moves where.

Accounts

An account is only required to buy credits, run Pro conversions, or save results. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at security@example.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain ownership of any workflow file or configuration you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). Because basic conversion runs client-side, we never receive or store Your Content for that path. For Pro conversion, you grant us a limited license to send the specific unmapped step(s) and workflow structure to our AI subprocessor to generate a suggestion, and, if you choose to save the result, to store the converted output under your account for you to retrieve later. We don't otherwise access, sell, or use Your Content, and we don't use it to train our own models.

Don't submit real secrets. The Service is not a place to store or process production credentials. If a file you convert contains a hardcoded secret and you run Pro conversion on the step it's in, that value will be sent to our AI subprocessor and stored if you save the result — see the Privacy Policy for detail. Remove or rotate any real credentials before converting a workflow, and don't rely on this Service to keep secret values confidential.

Credits and billing

Pro conversions consume credits purchased through Stripe-hosted checkout; we never see your payment card details. Credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may change credit pricing on reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate applicable law or a third party's rights
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or overload our infrastructure
• Probe, scan, or test the security of our systems without authorization
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written permission

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that risks the Service, other users, or our infrastructure.

No guarantee of correct output

This is a best-effort conversion tool. Deterministic mappings, AI-generated suggestions, and the manual-review report are all provided "as is," may be incomplete, and are not a substitute for reviewing and testing the converted workflow yourself before deploying it. We are not responsible for any consequence of relying on converted output without review.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance windows, third-party outages (including our AI, database, or payment subprocessors), and events outside our control may affect the Service.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. On termination, we may delete data associated with your account after a reasonable retention period, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where practical.
