Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
Relay ("Relay", "we", "us") provides a CI/CD platform and related services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, billing details, and workspace configuration. When you use the Service, we also collect usage data including pipeline runs, log metadata, IP addresses, device information, and support communications.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Authenticate users and secure accounts
- Process billing and send transactional messages
- Respond to support requests and product feedback
- Monitor reliability, detect abuse, and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information.
Pipeline and repository data
Relay processes source code, build logs, artifacts, and secrets that you choose to send through the platform. Customer content is used only to deliver the Service and is not used to train public models unless you explicitly opt in to AI features that require it.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function without them.
Data retention
We retain account and billing records for as long as your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and security requirements. Pipeline logs and artifacts follow retention settings configured in your workspace.
Sharing with service providers
We share information with subprocessors that help us operate the Service, such as cloud infrastructure, payment, email, and monitoring providers. These vendors are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
International transfers
Relay may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our subprocessors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at hello@example.com to make a request.
Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. See our Security page for more detail on our program and certifications.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect.
